Heritage Days

Heritage Days is a weekend celebration beginning on Thursday night July 1st with a Queen's Style Show at the Community Center and a dance with Johnny Holm's Band and continues through Sunday, July 4th with a Grand Parade and the crowning of the new Miss Minnewaska Queen on the shores of Lake Minnewaska.

This annual fun fulled weekend is planned for family and friends to celebrate and commemorate Starbuck's long and historic heritage.

THURSDAY, July 1st

5:00pm MIss Minnewaska and queen candidates Style Show Community Center-"Old Vintage Tea Party"

9:30pm Movie in the park-city park

FRIDAY, July 2nd

Golf Tournament Ages 14 and under, 15, 16, & 17

5:00-8:00pm Starbuck Fire Dept. Pork Feed at the Fire Hall

8:30pm-12:00am Johnny Holm Band

SATURDAY, July 3rd

6:30am Men's Starbuck Invitational

7:00am to 12:00pm Fly in Pancake Breakfast at the Airport

7:00am registration for Heritage Days 5k and 10k Run

8:00am Race begins

8:00am-3:00pm Depot & School Museum Open and serving food

9:00am-1:00pm  Minnewaska Lutheran Home bake sale, demos, raffles, coffee hour and lunch

9:00am-3:00pm Craft Fair Downtown Starbuck

10:00am Kiddie Parade followed by Push, Pedal & Pull Competition

10:00am-3:00pm  Inflatables for kids by Craft Fair

10:30am-1:30pm Kiddie Carnival by Depot-Prizes for everyone

11:00am Miss Minnewaska Queen's Brunch-Community Center

1:00pm Ladies & Mens Starbuck Invitational

5:00pm-7:00pm Brisket and trimmings at Starbuck Community Center

7:00pm  2nd Annual Variety Show Starbuck Community Center

7:00pm to 10:00pm Jr. & Sr. High Beach Party at the Starbuck Beach
